Getting ready to go back to venue ...

Since the beginning of the Covid-19 lockdown I have consumed all the information and information available to me by the people I trust to provide accurate information at the time of communication…as we know nothing has remained the same from week to week.

My trusted information sources are CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity), my membership number is 372773. FitPro my insurance company and Future Fit Training who I do my training with. I use all three for my CPD, being a CIMSPA Member requires me to have gained at least 10 CPD points each year so I am continually learning…which I love.

My latest CPD certificate that I completed on 22nd July was Covid-19 Awareness Training, it took 8 hours to complete and I did this over two days in between teaching Pilates, a great two days combining my passion for teaching Pilates and learning.
