A Pilates 1:1 session(s) are tailored to your individual requirements and aimed at supporting you to achieve your goals.

You may be living with a disability or recovering from an operation of living life is a totally new way to the past.  I work with clients who have; MS, Cerebral Palsy, Ankylosing spondylitis (AS), Stoma wearer wanting to prevent a parastomal hernia, this is not an exhaustive list, we will have a call to determine how I may be able to support you so that you feel at ease, safe and progressing to support your requirements right now and into the future.

Class Details

  • Class Size: Just you, or bring a person you want to learn with, or a chaperone (Maximum of 5)
  • Recommended Outfit: Fitted t-shirt and leggings/sports trousers, footwear is not required socks can be worn for comfort
  • Equipment Needed: Pilates mat if you have one and water

Since starting around 6 months ago. chair Pilates has helped to improve my posture, body strength and balance.

I was sceptical when I first started Pilates.  Yoga doesn't interest me because I can't do many of the manoeuvres and felt a twit and so I worried that Pilates would be the same.

Whilst I am currently unable to do mat Pilates, I was encouraged when Sarah-Jane agreed she could help me with chair Pilates instead.

Since starting around 6 months ago. chair Pilates has helped to improve my posture, body strength and balance.  What's not to like?!
