A great way to start your weekend, with a stretchy, challenging and relaxing 45-minute full-body workout, starting with an 8-minute warm-up, followed by exercises working your core, glutes, mobility of the spine and upper body, finishing with stretches, ensuring you go away feeling energised but also relaxed!

Class Details

  • Class Size: Maximum of 12 participants
  • Recommended Outfit: Fitted t-shirt and leggings/sports trousers, footwear is not required socks can be worn for comfort
  • Equipment Needed: Pilates mat and water

Pilates is the best thing to do before work I just feel ready for the day once I’ve done the class, I feel like I’ve had a good workout and stretch and that makes me smile
