Mixed Ability Mat Pilates

Your 1-hour class is a full-body workout, starting with a warm-up followed by exercises working through each of the layers so that you can listen to your body and progress each exercise when you feel ready to do so, finishing with stretches and 10 minutes of relaxation. The perfect tonic to release endorphins making you feel energised, refreshed, and ready for whatever is next in you day.

Class Details

  • Class Size: Maximum 12 participants
  • Recommended Outfit: Fitted t-shirt and leggings/sports trousers, footwear is not required socks can be worn for comfort
  • Equipment Needed: Pilates mat (10mm thick) and water
