Responses to the questions I’m most frequently asked, there are no silly questions if yours isn’t answered give me a call.
The Pilates method has been around for over 80 years and adapted over the years in-line with today’s sports science.
Originally named “Contrology” Joseph Pilates developed the exercise programme of 34 moves for optimal health, strength and mobility.
Two to three times a week, but even once a week will be beneficial. Pilates is a practice makes perfect exercise, the more you practice the more you will benefit. The most important thing is consistency

All you need is a mat, there are 34 exercises and the majority of people will practice and perfect up to 20, the rest are for flexible Florence/Fred
Joseph Pilates said, “In 10 classes s you’ll feel the difference, in 20 classes you’ll see the difference, and in 30 classes you’ll have a whole new body”. Results will vary as we are individuals, but with a consistent Pilates practice you will see & feel a difference
Please wear comfortable clothing preferably not too loose, fitted t-shirt and leggings/sports trousers is good. Footwear is not required but socks can be worn for comfort.
