I decided in December I wanted to support a local community radio station; elastic fm, whilst also being able to reach a larger audience in my area,

so I decide to sponsor a few of the shows: “Monday Mayhem” you guessed airs on Monday 3pm to 6pm and “Perfect Health with Elaine Godley & Guests” each Tuesday 4pm to 6pm.

I have been a guest on both shows and had such a great time, the team on Monday; Stuart, Micha, Craig and Grandad Brian had me laughing the whole way through the show, and with Elaine and the other guests the discussion flowed and we covered a wide range of subjects around health, exercise and nutrition all topics I love to talk about.
